Orders placed through www.capellemiami.com are transmitted directly to our warehouse for processing immediately after submission. As a result, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Title to and risk of loss for purchased products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, CAPELLE MIAMI is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers.

All international orders placed through www.capellemiami.com are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise explicitly stated at checkout.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by our Returns Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference.
