How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be canceled or modified.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

No. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from Miami, Florida, USA.

How much does shipping cost?

  • U.S. Standard (3–5 business days): $9.95
  • U.S. Express (1–3 business days): $19.95
  • Free U.S. Express shipping on orders over $150
  • International rates are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

What is the CAPELLE MIAMI Shipping Promise?

The CAPELLE MIAMI Shipping Promise provides added protection for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, provided the correct address was supplied

Do shipping policies apply to retail partner purchases?

No. Orders placed through retail partners are governed by the retailer’s shipping policies.

Returns & Refunds


What is your return window?

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

Items must be returned in like-new condition with original tags, storage pouch, and packaging included.

Are returns free?

U.S. returns are free. International returns are eligible for store credit only.

Can I get a refund to my original payment method?

U.S. orders may receive a refund to the original payment method if eligible. International orders receive store credit only.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds and store credits are processed within 10 business days.

Are final sale items returnable?

No. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

What about items purchased during promotions?

Promotional items (not marked final sale) are eligible for store credit only.

What if my return doesn’t meet the requirements?

If return requirements aren’t met, CAPELLE MIAMI makes the final determination on approval and may contact you if necessary.

Do you accept returns for items bought from retail partners?

No. Items purchased through retail partners must be returned to the original retailer.

Can I opt out of marketing emails?

Yes. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

How do I unsubscribe from SMS marketing messages?

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the unsubscribe link where available. You’ll receive a one-time confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Is there a cost to receive SMS messages?

CAPELLE MIAMI does not charge for SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider.

What if I change my phone number?

If your mobile number changes, you’ll need to re-subscribe using your new number.
