The CAPELLE MIAMI mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by CAPELLE MIAMI (“CAPELLE MIAMI,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to CAPELLE MIAMI’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of CAPELLE MIAMI through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and cart reminders.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Participation in the Service is completely voluntary.
CAPELLE MIAMI does not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply based on your wireless provider and mobile plan. Message frequency may vary.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the unsubscribe link where available. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you initiate them again. If you are subscribed to multiple CAPELLE MIAMI messaging programs, you must opt out of each program separately.

We may change any short code, sender ID, or delivery method used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Messages sent using outdated opt-out methods may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests submitted through discontinued mechanisms.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to update your information if your number changes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CAPELLE MIAMI is not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery, errors in message content, or any actions taken or not taken in reliance on the Service.
We respect your privacy. Information about how we collect, use, and disclose personal data is available in our Privacy Policy, which applies to use of the Service.
