RETURNS POLICY

Changed your mind? Wrong size or style? No worries.

We want you to love your purchase, so we offer a fair and straightforward returns process.

As long as your item is returned in original, unworn condition and meets the criteria below, you have return options.


 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and meet all of the following conditions:

  • Like New Condition
    Trying an item on is acceptable. Wearing the item for swimming, workouts, or extended use is not.
  • Original tags attached
  • Original storage pouch / wet bag included
  • Original packaging / polybag included

All returns are inspected upon receipt.

If an item does not meet the eligibility requirements, Capelle Miami reserves the right to void the return. In such cases, no refund will be issued, or a partial refund may be issued in the form of store credit, at our sole discretion.

United States

  • Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Free returns
  • Eligible for:
    • Refund to the original payment method or
    • Store credit

International

  • Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • International returns are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method
  • Eligible for store credit only
  • Customs duties and taxes paid to your government on the original delivery are not reimbursable; any refund must be requested directly from your customs authority

 

Promotions & Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
  • Items purchased during a promotion (and not marked final sale):
    • Not eligible for a refund to the original payment method
    • Eligible for store credit only

 

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer one complimentary exchange per order, subject to the eligibility conditions above (like-new condition, tags, pouch, original packaging).

  • One free exchange per order. Capelle Miami covers shipping both ways for the first exchange on US orders. International exchanges follow the international shipping schedule.
  • Exchanged items are final sale for refunds. Once an item has been exchanged, the replacement item is not eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns of exchanged items, if eligible, will be issued as store credit only.
  • Return window does not reset. The 30-day return window is measured from the original delivery date, not from the date the exchange is delivered.
  • Additional exchanges. A second exchange is permitted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs on the second exchange. Exchanges beyond the second are at the sole discretion of Capelle Miami and may incur additional shipping fees.

 

Storage Pouch Requirement

Each pair of shorts includes a branded storage pouch as part of the product.

  • The storage pouch must be included with all returns
  • Returns received without the pouch will incur a $5 deduction from the refund or store credit

This ensures every customer receives the same complete unboxing experience.


 

Processing Time

  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and inspected
  • If approved:
    • Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 10 business days
    • Store credit is issued within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.


 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Select the order and item you wish to return
  3. Submit a return request if the item is eligible

Our team will respond with next steps within 2 business days.


 

Final Authority

All return eligibility determinations, inspections, and refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Capelle Miami. Our assessment of an item’s condition, eligibility, and compliance with this Returns Policy is final. By submitting a return request, you acknowledge and agree that Capelle Miami has the final authority to approve, deny, void, or partially approve any return or refund in accordance with this policy.
