What are your delivery times?

All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before Noon (EST) will begin processing same day pending availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after Noon (EST) will begin processing the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We do not ship on weekends.

Capelle Miami cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to force majeure conditions such as weather or shipping/air travel delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address.
Capelle Miami is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping and handling rates:

Domestic

  • US Regular 3-5 business days: $9.95 USD
  • US Express 1-3 business days: $19.95 USD

*Free U.S. Express shipping on orders over $150

Capelle Miami offers discounted shipping rates on all international orders. Rates are calculated at checkout based on address and package weight.  Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.


    How do I know if my order has been sent?

    You will receive an email confirmation with shipping/tracking details. Please check your junk/bulk inbox if you don't see the email confirmations.

    Where is my order shipped from?

    All orders placed on www.capellemiami.com website are shipped from Miami, Florida, USA.

    Choose the Capelle Shipping Promise at Checkout for Added Protection 

    It is unfortunate if a package never arrives or the contents are damaged during transit, the Capelle Delivery Promise ensures you still have a chance to enjoy your purchase. Should your package get stolen or the contents damaged, we will send you a replacement. 

    By not selecting the Capelle Shipping Promise, we are not liable for any damaged or stolen shipments.

    To repot a claim, simply send an e-mail to info@capellemiami.com with you order details and a brief description of the situation. We will get back to you within 48hrs.
