What are your delivery times?

All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before Noon (EST) will begin processing same day pending availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after Noon (EST) will begin processing the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We do not ship on weekends.

Capelle Miami cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to force majeure conditions such as weather or shipping/air travel delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address.
Capelle Miami is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Capelle Miami is not responsible for replacing package that are stolen from your property or building. Please track your orders to ensure you are available to receive it.

How much do you charge for shipping?

  • USPS Regular 3-5 business days: $8.51 USD
  • FedEx Express 1-3 business days: $20 USD
International- Rates are calculated at checkout based on address and package weight. 

Capelle Miami offers discounted shipping rates on all international orders.

    How do I know if my order has been sent?

    You will receive an email confirmation with shipping/tracking details. Please check your junk/bulk inbox if you don't see the email confirmations.

    Where is my order shipped from?

    All orders placed on www.capellemiami.com website are shipped from Miami, Florida, USA.
