Capelle Miami Return Policies

Holidays Update: All purchases made on Black Friday/BOGO are Final Sale. All purchases made on CYBER Monday are Final Sale.

Exchanges allowed on holiday sales, No Refunds. Exchanges can be made within 60 days of purchase with original tags on.

All exchanges and returns must be made within 60 days of receipt of item. After
60 days, your return will be denied.

  • ALL CLEARANCE/BOGO/CYBER purchases are Final sale. No Refunds.
  • ALL International orders are Final Sale. No Refunds.

Original Tags Must be attached to the item (not cut off or removed)

* Please note, shipping expenses are not refunded.

* One exchange is allowed per qualifying order. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned for refund.

* If the Poly bag is not sent back with your swim, a fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.

* Refunds will be processed within 30 days (after date of receipt), in the order in which they are received. An email notification will be sent. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address. Capelle Miami is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

**Capelle Miami does not cover package theft. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package and ensure they are ordering to a reliable location.**
