HOW TO MAKE FREE EXCHANGES?

Capelle products purchased at full price are elegible for exchanges.

No returns or exchange for items purchased using a store credit, sale items and/or promo codes.

Please note we can only grant exchanges once. Refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

If one of our swim trunks doesn’t work out for you, please reach out to us and we will gladly exchange it for a better size.

Email info@capellemiami.com to verify that the size or model is still available.

  1. We will send you an email with the Return Label and instructions on how to send the product.
  2. In order for our exchange policy to be applied, the goods must be returned unused. It must have the original price tag.
  3. Please include the original receipt in order to make the exchange. Pack and seal your goods securely.
  4. Send the package within 15 calendar days from the day the return has been requested at any USPS location near you with the Pre-Paid label.
  5. We will ship your new item as soon as we receive and review the item requested for exchange.

While we cover the costs of shipping for exchanges in the U.S, we cannot do so on international orders so please make sure you choose the right size.


HOW TO GET A REFUND?

Capelle products purchased at full price are elegible for refund.

Please note shipping expenses are not refunded. 

Please note refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.

  1. Email info@capellemiami.com with the reason requesting your refund and we will provide you with a Pre-Paid shipping label and instructions on how to send the product.
  2. In order for our refund policies to be applied, the goods must be returned unused. It must have the original price tag.
  3. Your package must include the receipt. Pack and seal your goods securely.
  4. Send the package within 15 calendar days from the day the return has been requested at any USPS location near you with the Pre-Paid label.
  5. Refund processing time can take up to 30 days after receipt of return package.

ALL SALES OUTSIDE OF THE US ARE FINAL SALE. REFUNDS NOT ACCEPTED.


DEFECTIVE OR IMPROPER ITEMS

Any defective item or any product that is different than the original invoice can be returned or changed within the first 60 days of receiving the item.

Note that all the defective item (s) are subject to inspection.
