Capelle Miami: Five Years of Giving Back to Our Community

For the past five years, Capelle Miami has proudly prioritized giving back to the vibrant local communities of Miami, Florida. We believe in supporting those who support us and extending a helping hand to those in need.

In previous years, we’ve partnered with impactful organizations like Chapman Partnership and PrideLines donating hundreds of our signature swim shorts to non-profits dedicated to serving our community. Through these efforts, we strive to make a difference in the lives of those most vulnerable.

This past December, we continued our commitment to giving back by teaming up with another remarkable local organization, Camillus House. As part of this partnership, we brought back the Buy 1, Give 1 Initiative: for every item purchased by our customers, we matched it by donating one item to Camillus House. This "one-for-one" approach allowed us to double the impact of our efforts, ensuring that our community’s support directly benefited those in need.

Camillus House has been a cornerstone of compassion in South Florida, offering housing, food, and supportive services to individuals and families facing homelessness, hunger, poverty, and substance abuse. Their facilities provide essential services, including over 21,215 showers and the distribution of more than 21,500 articles of clothing.

To support their mission, Capelle Miami donated hundreds of swim shorts to Camillus House. These shorts were particularly valuable to their efforts, as the built-in compression liner doubles as undergarments—an essential item for many of their clients. The team at Camillus House expressed their gratitude, sharing how the donations directly enhance the comfort of those they serve.

At Capelle Miami, giving back is not just an initiative—it’s a reflection of our values. The overwhelming support we receive from our South Florida shoppers as well as Worldwide, inspires us to continue being a beacon of hope for our community.
