Miami - the crew and the beach beyond the screen

Three friends, one laptop, and a beach that was not supposed to be real.

After landing in Miami, August took Leo and Henry to the Capelle office instead of home. On the table, a laptop showed an empty beach at golden hour. Leo assumed it was their next trip. Henry asked if he needed to repack. “Neither,” August said. “This time, the destination is coming to us.”

On the screen was Capelle Miami’s new virtual shopping experience: a beach where visitors could explore the space, discover the collection, and shop what they found. That was the plan, anyway.

 

Then the water shimmered, the palms swayed, and a warm breeze swept all three of them through a vortex in the screen. They landed on soft sand with the view of the ocean and the collection in front of them.

August started organizing. Every style got a place, every path made sense, and shopping was only a click away. He straightened the same display three times treating perfect product placement like an emergency.

 

Leo found a beach chair, turned it toward the virtual sun, and settled in. “We have work to do, stop starring at the sun,” Leo completely ignored him already thinking about a million ideas.

 

Henry added music, shade, and somewhere to sit. August made it easy to shop. Leo treated it like a destination. Henry made it somewhere worth staying.

 

Nobody wanted to leave. So they pressed their hands against the glass, inviting the world outside, and shouted,
