All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before Noon (EST) will begin processing that day and ship same day pending availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after Noon (EST) will begin processing the next business day.

We do not Ship Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes in your country. Please check your local customs website for more information. If a package is denied by the customer due to high duty fees, Capelle Miami will not reimburse additional "return to sender" fees applied by FedEX.

If the customer misses a package delivery, the order cannot be replaced unless the package is received back in our warehouse. In order to re-ship a package, the customer is responsible for paying International Shipping once more.  

    • FedEx International Economy® can take up to 7 Business Days
      FedEx International Priority® can take from 3-4 Business Days
Capelle Miami cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays due to force majeure conditions such as weather or shipping/air travel delays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address. Please provide a FULL home address in English as we cannot ship your order if it is typed in another language.

Capelle Miami is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer or missed deliveries.
