International orders shipped via FedEX International vary in price depending on location. To determine your shipping price, proceed through the checkout process, the amount will be calculated automatically.

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes in your country. Please check your local customs website for more information. If a package is denied by the customer due to high duty fees, Capelle Miami will not reimburse additional "return to sender" fees applied by FedEX.

NOTE: Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges.

 All orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before Noon (EST) will begin processing that day and ship same day pending availability and payment verification. Orders placed after Noon (EST) will begin processing the next business day. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address. Please provide a FULL home address in English as we cannot ship your order if it is typed in another language.

Capelle Miami is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
