As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and tags are intact, we offer free exchanges, refund (if applicable) and free returns for store credit. *** This does not apply for International Orders, BOGO orders or Clearance/Sale items***
Capelle Miami Return Policies
Starting November 3, 2022: Holiday purchases will be granted 60 Days to return or exchange. Please be sure tags are intact.
ALL BOGO Purchases are Final Sale. No Refunds.
ALL CLEARANCE items are Final sale. No Refunds.
ALL International orders are Final Sale. No Refunds.
All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item. After 30 days, your return will be denied.
Original Tags Must be attached to the item (not cut off or removed)
* Please note, shipping expenses are not refunded.
* One exchange is allowed per qualifying order. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned for refund.
* If the Poly bag is not sent back with your swim, a fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund.
* Refunds will be processed within 30 days (after date of receipt), in the order in which they are received. An email notification will be sent.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct mailing address. Capelle Miami is not responsible for refunding items that are delivered to the wrong address due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
